- 打开Soul应用并登录您的账户。
- 点击屏幕左上角的菜单按钮，选择头像选项。
- 在弹出的界面上，您可以选择上传图片作为新头像，也可以从相册中选择一张图片。
- 如果您选择上传图片，请点击上传图片按钮，然后浏览您的设备以找到需要的图片。选择图片后，点击确定按钮完成上传。
- 如果您选择从相册中选择一张图片，请点击从相册选择按钮，然后浏览您的相册以找到需要的图片。选择图片后，点击确定按钮完成选择。
- 在图片选择或上传完成后，您将会看到新头像在Soul中生效。
